Archambault Brothers Disposal recently marked 70 years in business, and we’re still doing things the right way. We are a third generation, family-owned, independently-operated, local waste hauler serving Minnesotans in and around Rice County.
At Archambault Brothers Disposal we serve Rice County and surrounding communities in southern Minnesota, including Faribault, Dundas, Morristown, Northfield, Warsaw and others. With a variety of containers, dumpsters and more, we offer products to fit your household’s or business’ waste and recycling needs.
In 1947, shortly after World War II, Robert (R.J.) Archambault founded his own company and began serving the garbage disposal needs of Faribault, Minnesota — using nothing more than his pickup truck. R.J. operated Archambault Brothers Disposal for nearly two decades along with his wife, Florence, until son Dick came to work for them in 1965.
A few years later, son Randy joined the business; they all worked together until R.J.’s retirement in 1981. Randy and his brother, Keith, eventually formed a partnership and purchased the business from their father. Archambault Brothers grew during the partnership, with the current shop site constructed during this period. In 1996 Randy’s son, Paul, joined the business — marking the third generation.
Today the business is run by father and son team, Randy and Paul, who continue to grow the operation. We take pride in offering quality service to our neighbors. Archambault Brothers Disposal also takes pride in the numerous family members who have and who continue to serve in the business throughout the decades, and looks forward to many successful years ahead.
